It contains three fabulous seeds, linseed, sesame seed and poppy seed and it is very high in healthy fibre - in fact each slice gives you 20% of your recommended daily fibre intake!

Roast Beef with Watercress and Horseradish Cream
A delicious, nutritious sandwich packed full of flavours and goodness...

Ingredients - Serves 1

1 slice of LifeFibre Co. Hi-Fibre & Seed Bread
1 slice of medium rare roast beef
1 teaspoon of cream horseradish
Handful of watercress leaves

Method: Top the bread with watercress, add the slice of medium rare roast beef, spread with creamed horseradish. A small amount of low fat spread can be used on the bread if desired.
